Graduates from the Yerevan Polytechnic University have developed a portable analyzer “SA1501P”, which allows to quickly scan the RF environment and locate the unknown signals. Thanks to the real-time display of the RF spectrogram, the “SA1501P” offers practical solutions for discovering transient events that slip past conventional spectrum analyzers. “SA1501P” has a spurious free dynamic range (SFDR) of more than 80 dB (ADC) at frequencies from 10 MHz to 6 GHz.

Most RF spectrum analyzers are not suitable for field use as they are not portable, can be easily damaged or require AC power. The “SA1501P” analyzer completely solves the above tasks, as it is designed in a rugged and waterproof enclosure with an internal battery, which makes it special and preferential to conventional analyzers.

The main advantages of the “SA1501P” analyzer are: user-friendly interface with a large color touchscreen; portable enclosure with IP67 degree of protection; Digital gain for detecting low-level signals such as RF leakages and unauthorized transmitters; local and remote control of the analyzer in the “remote supervisor” mode.

“SA1501P” analyzer can be used both in laboratory conditions and for the field use, where full autonomy, high strength and water resistance are required. With the help of “SA1501P”, service facilities and repair teams can conduct RF analysis on-site to perform commissioning work or repair maintenance.
