Graduates from the Yerevan Polytechnic University have developed a signal analyzer designed for analyzing LFM signals generated by various types of radars, in particular, automotive radars.

The development vector of the automotive industry is moving towards the creation of unmanned vehicles, the key component of which are radars that allow to estimate the distance of the nearest objects and produce a warning signal to the driver or make decisions in critical situations in which the driver may not be able to react quickly.

The developed analyzer performs time and spectral measurements of the received RF signals. The main advantages of the system are: ability to measure previously recorded signals; user-friendly interface; performing measurements for the demodulated signal, which provides complete information about the quality of the received signal.

This signal analyzer can be used in plants, manufacturing cars, as well as radars themselves, for analyzing signals with a center frequency of 24 GHz and a bandwidth from 30 MHz to 200 MHz. The system maintains an instantaneous bandwidth of up to 765 MHz.
